Step 1: Unpack the Work
Define what “good” looks like before prompting.
Step 2: Set the Context
Give AI the minimum effective context: project background, current state, stakeholders, definitions, and any “must follow” rules.
Step 3: Evaluate Output
Run fast iterations with explicit “keep/change/add/remove” feedback until outputs are reliable and consistent. Save your instructions to share with others.
