About
I was invited to take part in my first Human Centered Design session at Denver's 10.10.10 in 2018. Since then, I knew I wanted to work with people using Human Centered Design and agile/iterative processes to create the best products and services to solve the biggest challenges in the ever evolving business environment.I've become a goal-driven and growth-focused professional with broad-based experience in Digital Transformation, Learning and Organizational Development, and Customer Success. Documented success with SaaS product enablement, reinventing existing customer workflows to leverage the power of digital transformation, and offering bespoke coaching and consulting to product champions at client organizations.Adept at analyzing organizational procedures; identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities; addressing client needs and concerns; and generating revenue and cost savings toward sales growth, productivity enhancement, and customer satisfaction. I am comfortable engaging with all levels of client stakeholders including individual contributors, IT/Security, business process owners, and C-suite executives.I've worked with a wide variety of industries during my career, including; pharmaceutical, automotive, mental healthcare, retail sales, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, and technology services consulting.I excel at harnessing stakeholder visions and making them a reality through sound strategy development and design thinking. I like to think I can see the challenges and opportunities presented by a performance issue and quickly "connect the dots" to make sense of it. My experience facilitating and leading design sprints, participating in Human-Centered Design workshops, and working with cross-functional and international teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships, inspiring a shared project vision, and committing to concrete action steps.
